Delivery-oriented Engineering Director with over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, specializing in scaling global engineering organizations and modernizing high-traffic platforms. 

I bridge the gap between complex technical strategy and business-critical KPIs. With a foundation in Human-Computer Interaction (Master’s in CS, Univ. of Pisa), I bring a researcher’s analytical rigor to executive leadership.

Currently, as Engineering Director at Ocado Technology, I oversee the critical pillars of our E-commerce Platform: Reliability, Performance, and Developer Experience. My focus is on creating "Platform Teams" (following Team Topologies) that empower stream-aligned teams to ship at velocity. 

I am deeply committed to the "LeadDev" philosophy. As a founding organizer in Barcelona, I curate spaces for engineering leaders to solve the industry’s toughest organizational challenges. I don't just lead teams; I build the environments where technical excellence thrives.
