I am currently Engineering Director at Glovo, where I lead engineering across the Delivery domain. Previously, as Engineering Director at Ocado Technology, I oversaw the critical pillars of the E-commerce Platform: Reliability, Performance, and Developer Experience. My focus was on creating "Platform Teams" (following Team Topologies) that empower stream-aligned teams to ship at velocity.
